Notifications and the phone app
Put RC Flyer Pro on your phone like an app and choose which alerts you get.
How to start
- iPhone: open rcflyerpro.com in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android: open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Install app (or Add to Home screen).
- On your Profile, turn on push notifications on each phone or computer you want them on, and tick the sections you want to hear about.
- The bell at the top lists everything; opening a section clears its badge.
Tips
- On iPhone, push notifications only work once the app is on your Home Screen.
- Alerts include good flying conditions at your favourite sites, pilots you follow heading to the field, challenge news, maintenance due and messages.
- A monthly email sums up your flying - switch it off on your Profile if you'd rather not.
- Prefer to fly quietly? Turn off 'Let my followers know when I'm flying' on your Profile.
